Shipping & processing

Our products are made on demand just for you. Orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce, then 3–8 business days to arrive within the US.

Sizing

Every product page includes a size chart. Youth tees run true to size; our adult unisex tees have a classic fit—size up if you prefer a relaxed look.

Returns

We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in original condition with tags. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable. To start a return, email us at support@thejcfstore.com.

What does “made on demand” mean?

Each item is printed when you order it. That means less waste and a fresh product every time—and it’s why production takes a few days before shipping.
